Q: Will you ship the gifts to my child's school or home?

A: All gifts will be shipped to your home.

Q: How will the package be addressed?

A: All special deliveries will be addressed to your child/children.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: $4.95 flat rate shipping.

Q: How can I avoid paying shipping?

A: Orders over $25.00 automatically ship free.

Q: Can I ship to two separate addresses?

A: No, only one address can be assigned to your order.

Q: How can my child and I track my order?

A: You will receive an email confirmation with a link to the tracking and shipping information.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: No, we only offer standard shipping since each gift is hand-picked by our staff penguins.

Q: Will my items arrive before Christmas?

A: Orders placed by December 17th are guaranteed by Christmas.

Q: What credit cards will be accepted?

A: All major credit cards are accepted.

Q: Are there any fees to pay online?

A: There are no additional hidden fees.

Q: Can I order for multiple kids at one time?

A: Yes, siblings or any other child in your household can order gifts.

Our Refund/Replacement Policy

If the gift you received was damaged during shipment, please send an email no later than January 15, 2021 to info@penguinpatch.com. Include a picture of the item, your name, phone number & mailing address. We will provide a replacement item as soon as possible. Due to COVID-19, we are not able to accept returns and do not issue refunds due to the price point of our products. If we are sold out of that specific gift item, we will provide a comparable or upgraded item.
